When is the club open ?
Members can enjoy 24/7 access, including public holidays. Casual Visitors can access the club during staffed hours only.
Staffed hours are:
Monday - Thursday: 9am-1pm
4pm-7pm
Friday - Saturday: 9am-1pm
These hours are current and do not include public holidays. All members have access 24 hours a day 365 days a year. Personal Trainers are also available outside of these hours.
Were you 24/7 Power Fitness ?
We have over time felt that our gym and fitness community needed a more tailored brand to best represent our foundational focus. We were 24/7 Power Fitness and are still at 2/42 Main St, Ellenbrook, providing 24/7 access. All the things you loved about the gym have not changed and the expirience of visiting will only be enhanced by the introduction of our new name. Welcome to the Ellenbrook Fitness Center, The home of health, activity and performance in Ellenbrook.
How do I join ?
You can join online through the memberships tab or in the gym.
Do I need to go through the signup process if I am just a casual visitor ?
If it is your first visit, you will need to read and sign a gym disclaimer form. For any subsequent visits, you will be required to sign the log in sheet.
How do I freeze or cancel my membership ?
Fortnightly Direct Debit memberships can be put on hold for up to three months, in any given 12 month period.
To freeze or cancel your membership, please email info@ellenbrookfitnesscenter.com.au with your request. You will receive a confirmation email in return, but please allow up to 3 business days for emails to be actioned and responded to.
How long do I have to sign up for ?
You can choose “Contract” or “Flexible” membership options to best suit your needs. View our Memberships page for more information. Our fortnightly payments can be put on hold, or canceled with appropriate notice.
How do members pay for their membership ?
Members can pay by direct debit from a bank or credit card for a fortnightly direct debit membership, or choose to pay up-front for a longer period.
How do I access the gym when it’s not staffed ?
You will be provided with a swipe card to give you 24/7 access to the club, including hollidays. For security reasons, you must swipe your own card each time you enter the gym. Entering the gym using another member’s swipe card is not permitted.
I’ve left my swipe card at home and the gym is not staffed.
Can I use another member’s card to gain access ?
For security reasons, we must keep a record of who is at the gym at all times. Therefore, entering the gym by the use of another members card is strictly prohibited, and is considered a breach of the membership agreement. Both parties will incur a fine, and have their memberships suspended or canceled.
Will I be shown how to use the gym equipment ?
A free orientation is available to all new members. “Intro To The Gym” can be booked through the EFC App with our PT Tung.
