Classes range from 30 minutes to an hour.

Class Information

Konga

High intensity fusion of boxing, cardio, dance and sculpting to the hottest beats from all decades. A fierce workout. Expect to squat, sprint and sweat like crazy. Konga is for everybody!


Pilates

A low impact exercise method that lengthens and strengthens the core muscles. Also aims to lean and tone the tummy, legs, back and butt.


Metafit

Body weight only training. A 30 minute high intensity class for all fitness levels. Comprised of short intense exercises targeting muscle groups followed by rest periods. Increase metabolism, lean muscle mass and fitness while burning fat.


Les Mills Body Balance

Ideal for anyone and everyone, BODYBALANCE™* is the yoga-based class that will improve your mind, your body and your life. Bend and stretch through a series of simple yoga moves and embrace elements of Tai Chi and Pilates.


Les Mills Body Pump

BODYPUMP™ is a barbell workout for anyone looking to get lean, toned and fit – fast. Using light to moderate weights with lots of repetition, BODYPUMP gives you a total body workout.


Les Mills Body Combat

Step into a BODYCOMBAT workout and you’ll punch and kick your way to fitness. This high-energy martial-arts inspired workout is non-contact and there are no complex moves to master.


Spin

A high energy, cardio focused indoor cycling class which increases fitness and builds leg and abdominal strength.


Dance & Groove

A high intensity fun class dancing to the hottest beats from all decades. Expect to move and groove your way to fitness.


Body Blast

A circuit style class utilizing both resistance and cardio exercise to increase fitness. Great for all levels of fitness. Fun whilst working hard.
